Terms and Conditions
Clients are understood to have read and accepted the following conditions:
Morning classes: Maximum class size 14. Photocopied material is provided (books can also be purchased from the school if required). Minimum deposit 30%. Balance of fees can be paid over the duration of the course, as long as the student is in credit. All fees are non-transferable. Refunds of language courses can only be made if we receive two weeks written notice of cancellation. In this case the registration and 30% of the tuition fees will be forfeit. If cancellation is made less than two weeks before then the registration fee and 50% of the tuition fees are forfeit. Students who cancel with no notice or leave the course early will forfeit all fees. Any student who has paid a deposit or the full fees and are not granted a visa will be subject to an administration fee of £100 provided the school is notified at least one week before the students starting date. If the school is not informed before the start date then 50% of the deposit paid is forfeit (subject to a minimum charge of £100.00) If no notification is given then all fees or deposits are forfeit.
Evening part time classes & IELTS: Maximum class size 14. Photocopied material is provided (books can be purchased from the school if required). Full fees payable in advance. All fees are non transferable. Students who cancel with no notice or leave the course early will forfeit all fees.
It is the responsibility of the student to inform the school of any intended break in their studies as ‘time added on’ is not an automatic right.
If you are late or absent without notice we cannot give a refund or reschedule the lesson. The school reserves the right to refuse entry to a class if a student is late.
